BLOQS CREATE provides a full turnkey solution that leverages the expertise of our extended professional community to make your vision a reality. With extensive inhouse capabilities, able to deliver multidisciplinary projects under one roof, and quickly and efficiently customise the right team for your project. Since 2012 we have been delivering inspired creative solutions for clients.
Hailed as London’s first open-access factory, we offer 32,000 sq ft of pay-as-you-go workshop space, as well as one-to-one training, group courses, a bar and kitchen, a materials shop and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and industrious community of like-minded makers. Our large build, high clearance workshops contain over £1m of cutting-edge equipment that includes everything from a 3-axis and 5-axis CNC Routers, CNC mill, laser cutting, welding and two industry-leading 3D printers.

Our open access factory nurtures a huge community of making businesses providing them access to of state-ofthe-art machinery and a range of specialist workspaces and resources. This creates a dynamic ecosystem of skills, cross pollination, and networking that encourages innovation, learning, and economic growth. Besides which, most things are more fun if you have company.
Gentle power
Our world demands we use its resources more wisely and our facility and processes are designed with this principle in mind. All our wood waste is processed, and its energy recovered by our biomass boiler meaning that none of it goes to landfill but is used to provide our facility with heating and hot water. An extensive part of our roof is now covered in solar panels providing one third of our annual electricity consumption, and we are working to secure more so that 100% of our energy is renewable by 2025.
All our timber products are sourced sustainably, and we segregate and recycle our waste. Our sustainable urban drainage system (SUDS) attenuate rainwater whilst also providing us with amazing planting beds which increases local biodiversity. We want your creation to be built in a carbon neutral factory.
